Jeremy is known throughout West-Central Illinois as the attorney to turn to when you find yourself in a tumultuous situation. Having practiced law for over 30 years in the public and private sector, Jeremy is a fierce litigator, a zealous advocate, a trusted advisor, and an experienced counselor. Most recently he served as the Knox County State’s Attorney, responsible not only for the criminal prosecutor of crime in Knox County, but also the chief legal advisor and attorney for all of Knox County Government and its elected officials. During his career, he has been appointed by judges to handle some of the most notorious cases in the region. Trusted by judges and respected by other attorneys, Jeremy works hard to prepare every case for trial while giving his clients options for negotiated resolutions.
In addition to his work in the office, he is an involved member of the Galesburg community. He served two terms on the Galesburg City Council and is on the board of trustees for Temple Sholom and teaches in its religious school. He serves on the boards of the Galesburg Civic Art Center and the Family Planning Service of Western Illinois. Jeremy lives in Galesburg with his wife Gabe, three children and their dog, Friday.
